Enjoy a meal at the nearby Cornish Arms in St Merryn (1 mile) owner by the famous chef Rick Stein. Enjoy some lovely coastal walks or simply relax with a BBQ in the garden. Farm activities: see the chickens farm cat and baby lambs in spring. You will be welcome to explore the farm which includes a valley with ponds devoted to conservation and wildlife. The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a good standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV en-suite shower room and WC 1 zip-and-link twin with TV (which can be a double if required) and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with woodburner TV with Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: well-equipped with TV Rayburn electric cooker fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Downstairs cloakroom for coats muddy boots and storage. Outside: enclosed garden. St Merryn is a small coastal village in north Cornwall, England, very close to Padstow. It is also not far from Trevithick, Constantine Bay, Trevone and St Eval and is one of over 250 towns and villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest cities are Truro and Plymouth.
St Merryn and the surrounding villages is a popular area for tourists, with a holiday park and seven small bays in close proximity. The bays offer sandy beaches, lifeguards in the summer, and some excellent surfing because of their north Atlantic location.
